What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
