Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
