Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Linden Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Cleveland plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
