Clearpath North Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
