Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
