Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Cleveland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
