Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Juniper Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
