Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Cincinnati working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
