Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
