Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
