Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 571 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
