Bright North Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit.
