Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
