Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
