Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Harbor Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
