Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Chicago producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
