Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
