Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
