Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Technologies is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
