Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Nova Drift Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Chicago with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
