Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Ivory Foods Group is a Chicago food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
