Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
