Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
