Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charlotte and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
