Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
