Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cobalt Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
