Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
