Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
