Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
