Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
