Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
