Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charleston, SC)

Bright Meadow Financial serves customers across Charleston with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
