Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
