Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Bridge Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
