Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
