Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Rook Medical is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
