Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Iron Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
