Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
