Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Lumen Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
