Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
