Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Nova Pike Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 835 people based in Boston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
