Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Bright Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Boston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
