Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
