Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Silverline Juniper Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
