Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boston region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
