Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
