Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
