Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
