Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Drift Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Birmingham working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
