Bright Fox Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
